Product availability, descriptions and prices may change. Any change will not affect an order we have already accepted, except where a correction is needed to resolve an error or where we contact you because we cannot fulfil the order.

Please review your order and delivery details before submitting it. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the affected products.

Delivery times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date with you. We remain responsible for fulfilling our delivery obligations in accordance with applicable law. Your rights are not affected if an order is lost, delayed or not delivered.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform we use to operate our store. THE PALM is the seller of the products you buy from this store. Shopify is not the seller and does not replace THE PALM’s obligations to you under your order or applicable consumer law.

Please review that policy before using the store. Where Shopify processes personal information to provide its platform services, Shopify may also handle that information under its own privacy terms.

You allow us to display and use that feedback to operate or promote THE PALM, without changing its meaning or presenting it in a misleading way. If you want us to remove feedback you submitted, contact us at support@thepalmfashion.com. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

We try to keep the information on our website accurate. If we discover a material error in a product description, price or availability, we may correct the information and contact you if it affects an order you have placed.

If we cannot fulfil your order on the terms confirmed to you, we will explain the issue and refund any payment taken for products we cannot supply.
