Orders & Delivery
Where do you ship?+
We ship to the United Kingdom and selected European destinations. The destinations available for your address will appear at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Orders over €35 qualify for free standard shipping. Available shipping options and any costs for other orders will be shown at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?+
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates depend on your destination and are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?+
When tracking is available, we’ll email the details after dispatch. It may take a few business days for the carrier’s tracking page to show its first update. If you need help, email support@thepalmfashion.com with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Contact us as soon as possible at support@thepalmfashion.com. We’ll do our best to help before dispatch, but changes or cancellations can’t be guaranteed once an order has shipped. Your statutory cancellation rights still apply.

What is your return policy?+
Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union may cancel within 14 days of receiving their items. After notifying us, they have a further 14 days to return them. See our Returns and Refund Policy for the full terms.
