Where does THE PALM deliver, and how long does it take?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and selected European destinations available at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific date has been expressly agreed. The policy currently lists free standard shipping on orders over €35; any applicable shipping charge for your order will be confirmed at checkout.

What if I change my mind or the item is not right for me?
Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their items. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage and packaging unless applicable law requires otherwise. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions.
